Super Saturdays will run from Saturday 22 April and on subsequent 3 rd Saturday of each month. (Future dates: Sat 20 th May -Sat 17th June -Sat 22nd July)
The first Super Saturday 22nd April 13.00 – 16.00
This is an opportunity for you to take to the water while supervised, for some social sailing. This is also an invitation for all club members to come to the club, check out their boats and get them back on the water for the start of the new season.
Super Saturdays are for everyone including those less confident sailors to get out on the water without the pressure of racing, with the benefit of support boat cover and to help you get to know other people in the club – not always easy on a Sunday when we are busy trying to get ready for racing in the morning!
If you need advice on rigging a club boat, want to try a different boat, need some help to improve your technique or anything else, this is the time to get involved. Above all this is meant to be fun so please come along and give it a go.
