Lovely as sailing at Weston Turville is, a few members travelled further afield this year to test themselves against sailors from other clubs on some unfamiliar waters. You can see the results and read some reports using the following links:
- Karolina Kocurek competed at the Oxford Youth Regatta and won her class (despite not having a bung in her boat!). Report here.
- Andrzej and Eddie Bojarski took their Lasers on the road and competed in a few of the Thames Valley ILCA Grand Prix events. Eddie won the ILCA4 class overall and Andrzej was 8th in the ILCA7s. Series results here.
- Andrzej also sailed the Blackwater Sailing Club Laser Open in September (results and report) and to the wild and windy ILCA Inland Nationals at Draycote Water in November (report and results)
